Touching Africa Business Members comprises business entities, organisations and individuals that intent to render services and deliver products to our network, projects, business and initiatives via transaction-based contract agreements. Agreements are case-specific to outline the agreed services, involvement, roles, responsibilities and related financial commitments, but agree to the following general aspects:

·        To support the Touching Africa vision and mission

·        To work according to the Touching Africa Operating Principles

·        To contribute to Touching Africa’s operating cost at a general 2% rate on transaction value with network members, projects, business and initiatives

·      Business members can contribute to the Touching Africa Project Development Fund, available to establish and support projects and initiatives aligned with the Touching Africa vision and mission. These contributions can be covered by the rendering of an article 18A certificate and may be subtracted from the 2% rate on transactions.
