Touching Africa Project Members comprises business entities, organisations and individuals that introduce projects, initiatives and related funding options as equity partners and project co-owners to Touching Africa. This will be covered by a project membership agreement that specify roles, responsibilities and related financial commitments according to the project specifications, and agrees with the following general aspects:

·      To support the Touching Africa vision and mission  

·      To work according to the Touching Africa Operating Principles, and to

·      Share in project ownership according to the specified project agreement

·      Project members can contribute to the Touching Africa Project Development Fund, available to establish and support projects and initiatives aligned with the Touching Africa vision and mission. These contributions can be covered by the rendering of an article 18A certificate and may be discounted
against equity responsibilities.
