Touching Africa started more than a decade ago when businesspeople with a Kingdom vision for the workplace came together and started taking hands in their day-to-day operations.

Touching Africa grew into a COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE who share the dream of a healed society.

Our vision is to take hands and BE the difference in a broken world, starting at our workplace and day-to-day reality.

This dream is born from a passion to perfect the following in us:

  • Seek first the KINGDOM of God and His RIGHTEOUSNESS
  • Give a practical corporate expression as part of the BODY of CHRIST in society
  • TOUCH the world with the LOVE of GOD in us

To give a corporate expression to this dream, we focus to:

  • grow a vision-based community as a movement

  • with an active and strong network of like-minded people,

  • giving this community institutional wings to be a corporate and institutional expression (non-profit, NGO, companies, co-operatives and institutes),

  • develop and implement projects and programs with a positive impact on society

  • working through co-operatives in various sectors including Education and Training, Agriculture, Social Development, Enterprise Development, and Infrastructure Development.

The KINGDOM OF GOD is the Presence of God made real in your life – every moment of every day. This KINGDOM is not an institution and it is not an organisation. In contrast to this KINGDOM, the world in which we live is affected by darkness, evil, and decay. It is into this world – our playing field that we, as Sons and Daughters in His house – find our opportunity to introduce and make real the Kingdom of GOD and His LOVE.

The authority to touch our world comes from our obedience to this mission, and the power to do this is founded on our daily, our moment by moment walk with the Spirit of God in humility.
